SERVICES PROVIDED BY  IPC BEN TRE

IPC Ben Tre is the agency established by the Provincial Government. Its  duties and functions are to promote investment both within and outside the country and to provide services of supporting small and medium scale enterprises.  IPC Ben Tre is now playing as the contact person of the province in the matters regarding investment and business. IPC Ben Tre is ready to provide necessary consulting services for investors and enterprises:       IPC photo: IPC Ben Tre received Thai Investors

 1. Free of charge services:

The service is fully free related to legal information (investment and business guidelines, law and regulations...), incentive policies of Ben Tre and other information regarding the projects, which are interested by potential investors (project location, incentive policies, map, contact and meeting will all relevant parties within the province...).

2. Charged services:

Potential investors or companies can contact and request IPC Ben Tre to implement the below activities:

- Proceed with based-line survey for project formulation.

- Formulate and design Project documents

- Complete procedures for registrating investment licenses.

- Implementing procedures after investment licenses granted

- Project management.

- Provide information at the request

- Hold seminars/workshop

- Organize training courses

- Interpretation and translation services

All above services are charged and they will be carried out based on the economic contracts and mutually agreed by the two sides.

3. Steps in carrying out the services requested by potential investors and enterprises (both free services and paid services)

3.1. Procedures of implementing business registration:

For domestic investment in Ben Tre:

• 1^st day: having a meeting and consult directly the investors
• 1^st day: supplying information and required documents
• From 1st to 2nd: doing as directed
• From 3rd to 5th: finishing all documents of business registration
• 6th: handing over the documents to investors
• From 6th on: following up and amending documents as investors’requirements

3.2 Procedures of implementing incentive service:

For domestic investment in Ben Tre:

3.3. Procedures of business investment:

For foreign direct investment in Ben Tre:

• Step 1: 1^st day: supplying the general policy, regulations, sectors, and priority projects calling for FDI capital in Ben Tre province to the investors.
• Step 2: Supplying the FDI project outlines, registration forms, maps in relation to the projects that the investors are interested in.
• Step 3: 1^st day and the next days according to investors’ requirements: Giving investors some information regarding land, tax, cost of investment, raw material, labor, transportation, building, electricity, water, …
• Step 4: 1^st day or the next days according to investors’ requirements: Field research, consisting of researching investment location, raw material, land lease reasearch from Infrastructure Development Co. and Industrial Park’s Authority if investing in  the IP.
• Step 5: According to investors’ requirements: Help fill the forms, amend documents.
• Step 6: Help check the numbers of document sets handing whether to DPI or the IP Authority.
• Step 7: After investment license: Help register the seal, tax code, business establishment; announce board of management, land lease procedures, building documents, programming certificate, equipment and raw material import-export registration, foreigner recruitment,…
• Step 8: In the process of business: Help amend investment license (changing, adding business objectives, intergration, division, registered capital, legal capital, capital increase, business disbandment, …)
• Help open branches, representative offices (domestic and foreign)
