According to report of the Investment Promotion and Support Center of Ben Tre province (IPC Ben Tre), The Pungkook Group (Korea) came to Ben Tre to conduct a survey and find out investment environment of  Ben Tre province. After an in-depth investigation, The Pungkook has decided to invest a project in Ben Tre. At the moment, the Group and Industrial Park Authority of Ben Tre has signed the MOU to carry out one project of processing luggage bags, pack and leather goods and garment in Giao Long Industrial Park, An Phuoc commune, Chau Thanh district. Total investment capital of this project is US$ 5 million. According to the signed MOU, within three months the Pungkook Group will proceed with necessary procedures to apply for investment certificate and the production factory will be constructed within this year.
