In order to support enterprises to invest sustainably in the province, IPC Ben Tre has coordinated with the Project of “Developing Business with the Rural Poor” funded by IFAD to implement the job information linking program with the rural young people.

The program’s purpose is to help the enterprises recruit human resources to meet the demand of production. Ben Tre has rich human resources, however the recruitment is quite difficult. These supporting activities will be implemented in districts regularly by IPC Ben Tre. If the enterprises have the demands to recruit labors, they will  register with IPC Ben Tre. In October 2008, an employment workshop for enterprises of Giao Long industrial park was held in Mo Cay district successfully. The event attracted 150 labors for 3 companies including garment and textile, knitting and knitting, mechanics company.
